The AMB-2010 label deactivator detects and deactivates Sensormatic Ultra•Strip^® EAS labels. The unit plugs into an ordinary electrical outlet and will detect active labels up to 15 cm (6 in.) above the surface of the deactivator and will deactivate labels up to 7.6 cm (3 in.) above the surface of the unit. The tabletop unit will fit easily on most counters, while the flush mount unit can be recessed into the counter for added convenience. The tabletop unit can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
