Sensormatic - AMB-1200 Deactivator

With its ultra thin design the AMB-1200 deactivator allows cashiers to seamlessly pass items over the antenna, expediting the checkout process while improving customer satisfaction. The antenna’s large target area provides maximum deactivation performance in a single pass irrespective to security sensor orientation, deactivating labels up to 10.4-13cm (4-5in.) above the surface while offering an overall detection range up to 15.6-20cm (6-8in). The low profile design blends perfectly into any Point-of-Sale (POS).

Audible and visual indicators provide confirmation that labels have been detected and deactivated. Double checker capability helps ensure seamless deactivation by alerting cashiers if a label has been detected but not deactivated.

The AMB-1200 is a table top solution designed to allow products to flow easily over the surface therefore, cutting the POS countertop is not required unless the countertop is metal. The compact external controller can be positioned either vertical or horizontal giving additional installation flexibility.

Audible and visual indicators. Provide confirmation that the label has been detected and deactivated through audible tones and LEDs. Optional Remote Alarm can be used to provide local indicators as well as a key switch enable / disable.

Reduces failures-to-deactivate. The double checker function alerts cashiers when a label has been detected but not deactivated, reducing the incidence of false alarms.
