The Sensormatic^® SuperTag^® Visible Source Tag (VST) is a small, lightweight anti-shoplifting hard tag compatible with all Ultra•Max^® systems and SuperTag platform detachers (manual and powered). It delivers an economical, single-use hard tag created specifically to make life easier for retailers and tougher on shoplifters.

The VST is designed to be applied at the manufacturing source enabling goods to arrive in the store EAS ready as well as delivering consistent tag placement. When an item is sold, store associates simply remove the tag at the point-of-sale, discarding or recycling the tag. Tags cannot be reused due to the SuperTag VST’s one-time use clamp. When the tag is detached, the clamp is permanently disabled.
