Assistance may be needed establishing or re-establishing a complete Loss Prevention program or elements of the program. We can offer insight by understanding what the executive needs to accomplish, assessing the components of the objective, the tools available to the executive (people, equipment, processes), followed by our recommendations. The primary objective is to assist the executive in realizing their vision for the direction of the Loss Prevention or Operations program. It's important to note that not only can we offer the recommendations, but we could also act as the executive during the absence of one.

Objective:
- Act as a client's Loss Prevention Resource in establishing or re-establishing the direction of the department / program. Assist in the deployment of any new Loss Prevention directives designed to support company objectives.
