Objective:
  1. Assess client's use of the products inclusive of report assessment and report modifications, and their program/process around the use of the tool (strategy and tactics of the application). Assess key performance indicators (KPIs) for relevance and effectiveness. Compare the application design as it relates to existing successes or vision in case resolution and the identification of operational deficiencies.
Beneficiaries: Both current clients and users of other systems
  1. Direct:  Department Executive - provide the assistance to execute their vision/plan for the system.
  2. Indirect:  Current SuperUsers (administrators) and end users.
