About Technical Training
Tyco Safety Products-Sensormatic Technical Training Services provides our
Dealer's Support staff with the technical skills necessary to install,
configure, operate, troubleshoot, and repair Sensormatic products to a level
that will meet or exceed their expectations.
Most courses are a combination of lecture/lab instruction with emphasis on
hands-on lab activities. Operational up-to-date system hardware simulates
actual customer environment wherever practical.
Tools
In addition to product-specific training, instruction and assistance is provided
on the use of any necessary computer equipment, test equipment (such as
oscilloscopes and waveform monitors), and hand tools.
Service Documentation
Each student leaves our training with a personal copy of up-to-date Service and
Installation documentation for all products. In addition, we provide the latest
diagnostic software and troubleshooting tools, which will be installed on the
student’s laptop computers (if brought to the training class).
