Crucially, connectivity remains fully isolated from the retailer’s internal network, safeguarding IT infrastructure with robust protection.
All data transmission is handled exclusively via secure VPN connections, ensuring end-to-end encryption and comprehensive cyber security. Communications remain private, protected, and shielded from external threats.
Systems are monitored around the clock. In the event of an alert, a Sensormatic technician will remotely assess and resolve the issue. If an on-site visit is required, the engineer arrives fully informed — equipped with a complete incident history from the Remote Diagnostic Centre (RDC) and the necessary parts in hand. The result: faster resolution, reduced downtime, and minimal disruption to your operations.
