Frank Liao

Frank Liao serves as General Manager & Vice President for APAC at Sensormatic Solutions, where he leads the company's business across the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, he is responsible for regional strategy, revenue growth, profitability and business operations. Frank leads strategic planning and business execution across the APAC region, helping retailers to navigate a rapidly evolving market through innovation and tailored solutions

Frank brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning retail, supply chain and technology-enabled solutions. He began his career at General Electric, where he participated in the company's prestigious leadership development programme, building a strong foundation in commercial strategy and operational management. He later joined Avery Dennison, where he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility and developed deep expertise in retail solutions. Most recently, Frank led the Global Retail Supply business within the PRYM Group, driving growth initiatives and supporting customers across markets.

Frank holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from a university in China and later earned an MBA from the University of Southern California.
