Luca Cappellini

Luca Cappellini serves as Vice President and General Manager for EMEA at Sensormatic Solutions. He oversees commercial strategy in all EMEA markets, driving strategic growth, strengthening customer partnerships and advancing operational excellence.

Luca has over 25 years of experience across marketing, sales, business development and retail operations within the retail technology industry. Since first joining Sensormatic Solutions as a Marketing Business Analyst, he has held a variety of leadership positions with increasing responsibility, including Channel Manager, Marketing Manager for Italy, Retail Sales Director for Italy, Country Leader for Italy and Sub-Regional Leader for Italy, the Mediterranean and the Middle East and Africa. Prior to his current role, Luca served as General Manager for Western Europe.

Throughout his career, Luca has focused on helping retailers to achieve long-term business goals through innovation and collaboration.

Luca has a degree in Economics & Marketing from the Università Cattolica di Milano.
