Sensormatic Solutions unveils innovations that help retailers turn insights into impact at EuroShop 2026

SOLIHULL, UK, Feb. 17, 2026 – Sensormatic Solutions, the leading global retail solutions portfolio of Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), will be on-site at the EuroShop 2026 to give attendees a first look at its solutions reimagining retail. The longtime leader in retail analytics and technology - which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year - will demonstrate the latest advancements to its loss prevention, traffic insights and inventory intelligence portfolio in Hall 6, Stand C01 from 22–26 February 2026.

Shrink Analyzer

The first-of-its-kind, cloud-based Shrink Analyzer application is showcasing four new machine learning (ML) features: Track and Trace, At-Risk Merchandise Forecast, Organised Retail Crime (ORC) Activity Predictions, and Chat Bot. The latest ML enhancements can help unify operational data to bring more precise, data-driven total retail loss tactics within retailers’ reach.

The new ML tools in Shrink Analyzer are designed to work together to help provide the ‘what, when and where’ of total retail loss:

  • Track and Trace: The application layers ML technology on top of item-level merchandise data, point-of-origin sources, point-of-sale logs, electronic product code (EPC) records and beyond-the-store environmental insights to support proactive investigations, help accelerate stolen-item identification in authorised resales, and assist with compiling complete evidence packages.
  • At-Risk Merchandise Forecast: The investigator dashboard can show the top items at risk, estimated shrink value, and which categories are at higher risk. The feature also can provide shrink history as well as a weekly trend analysis.
  • ORC Activity Predictions: The tool is designed to predict “when” organised theft events may be planned, including the time slots with the highest chances that ORC may happen, leveraging trends across sites, regions and territories.
  • Chat Bot: Enabling access to 24/7, contextualised analysis to the Shrink Analyzer platform, using generative technology, ML, and operational data to answer questions, provide recommendations, and help users better understand their businesses. Retailers can select pre-written questions or ask their own, helping to uncover patterns, investigate anomalies, and identify new opportunities for improvement.

Hands Free Cycle Counting

Retailers using Sensormatic Solutions TrueVUE Cloud inventory intelligence platform can gain better visibility by connecting with Keonn Technologies’ AdvanTrack-600™ real time location system. This integration can help provide a clearer view of product location, movement, and stock, increasing the value of radio-frequency identification (RFID) investments and improving inventory visibility.

Hands Free Cycle Counting can augment replenishment best practices, using real time location services and Gen2X advanced RFID reader capabilities that can enable a new level of intelligence for retailers. Industry-leading real-time location sensor technology from Keonn can integrate with Sensormatic Solutions existing RFID and inventory management infrastructure to automatically and near-continuously capture merchandise movement between zones. When paired with end-to-end inventory analytics from TrueVUE Cloud, this data can help retailers:

  • Expand their understanding of inventory accuracy. 99% inventory accuracy, TrueVUE Cloud can show what’s in stock, while AdvanTrack-600 shows where each item is - right now. With location accuracy of 1-2 meters and coverage of up to 60m2 per unit, these systems can redefine inventory intelligence and planogram integrity.
  • Enhance associate performance. The less time staff spend on manual counts or searching for misplaced items, the more time they can have to help customers and sell merchandise. Designed for operational efficiency, the AdvanTrak-600 systems auto-captured location data, reducing the need for associates to engage in RFID mobile cycle counting or extended searches for out-of-place stock.
  • Boost sales. Real-time, integrated data highlighting patterns that lead to cart abandonment, out-of-stocks and markdowns. Data from the AdvanTrack-600 overhead sensors can help retailers identify and respond to trends more quickly, enabling them to improve on-shelf availability, reduce waste, optimise floor plans and increase conversions.

Orbit AI Sensors and Video AI Cameras

Store Guest Behaviours powered by AI harnesses Re-Identification (Re-ID) technology within Orbit AI overhead people counters and Video AI cameras, providing retailers access to actionable insights through ShopperTrak Analytics, enabling swift decision-making and boosting in-store sales activity.

Orbit AI sensors and Video AI Cameras are designed to exclude staff and non-shopper traffic from count (without using personal identifiable information), delivering precise metrics that retailers can trust to help them make strategic decisions. Backed by this data, Sensormatic Solutions Store Guest Behaviours Analytics can empower retailers with the insights to:

  • Drive higher conversion by understanding shopper journeys. Path-to-purchase analytics can reveal how shoppers move through the store, helping retailers optimise layouts and merchandising to boost in-store sales.
