In my current role as Managing Director, Chief Strategy & Growth Officer of Sensormatic Solutions, I lead the company’s digital transformation and growth across 120 countries. We deliver innovative technology solutions that provide smart and connected shopper engagement to our Retail customers. We serve 80% of the world's top 200 Retail organizations.
Sensormatic Solutions helps retailers deliver frictionless, secure, personalized experiences by powering accurate decision-making across the enterprise. We deliver critical insights into inventory, shoppers, associates and the retail environment. We protect assets and people by ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout the entire customer journey.

With over two decades of executive leadership experience across global organizations, I have expertise in managing complex, large-scale organizations and a $1bn+ global P&L.
Prior to my current role, I served as Vice President and General Manager of the Retail Industry for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services providing Management Consulting, IT-enabled business transformation and execution services to major global corporations. I have a master’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany.
